Monday, March 2nd, 2026: The Citizenship & Science Academy of Rochester school community proudly joined schools across the country in celebrating Read Across America Day, a special day dedicated to inspiring a love of reading in students of all ages. 

From exploring new genres to revisiting favorite classics, our students were reminded that reading opens the door to imagination, knowledge, and opportunity. Events like this reflect our continued commitment to literacy and academic excellence, helping our scholars build the strong foundation they need for lifelong success.

We encourage families to continue the celebration at home by setting aside time each day to read together, because every page turned is a step toward a brighter future.
